Job Overview
As a Call Agent, you will play an important role in our mission to introduce a cutting-edge ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution to potential clients. This role, structured as an ERP Outreach Specialist involves proactive communication, precision in data collection, and fostering connections to help businesses streamline their operations through our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make phone calls to potential customers to identify the appropriate contact person in the software department.
- Gather relevant information, including email addresses and names of key contacts.
- Prepare and coordinate email communications to introduce our ERP solution.
- Document conversations and keep the customer database updated.
You will introduce a modern ERP solution designed by our client to enhance and streamline key business operations, including:
- Inventory Management
- Accounting
- Warehouse and Logistics
- Mobile Data Collection and Scanner Solutions
- Operational Data Collection
- E-commerce Integration
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent German language skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills, are a must.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Previous experience in customer support, BPO services, or telecommunications is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems and call center tools is an advantage.
