Job Overview
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will lead our automation efforts by designing and implementing automated test frameworks. You will work closely with developers and other QA teams to ensure high standards of software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Your expertise will drive efficiency and reliability across multiple projects, making a direct impact on the quality of the products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure product quality.
- Identify, log, and track defects while working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Execute automated test suites for web and mobile applications.
- Lead test planning, risk analysis, and coverage assessments for each release cycle.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on test results and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 1 year in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
- Expertise in API testing with tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and testing in agile environments.
Educational Qualification
It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your GPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, and ready to work.
