Job Overview

As a Real Estate Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for handling inquiries, managing property data, and coordinating between various teams. Whether it's assisting clients with listings, resolving tenant requests, or scheduling property visits, you’ll ensure every interaction runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and technical support to real estate professionals using software platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Assist real estate clients with property listings, documentation, and customer inquiries.
  • Manage incoming requests and communications via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Manage, analyze, and update real estate databases, ensuring accuracy and timely information for clients and internal teams.
  • Provide prompt, friendly support to both clients and tenants to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on real estate industry trends, tools, and technologies to provide informed recommendations and support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, property management, real estate technology support or technical customer support
  • Strong understanding of real estate software systems (e.g., CRM, property management tools, MLS platforms) and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced tech environment, staying flexible with changing priorities and new developments

Educational Qualification
